We’re hobbyists too. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to get you back to building, painting, and playing fast.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Please contact us first with your order number and a quick note or photos so we can set up an RMA and instructions.
Condition Requirements
- Model kits & Board Games must be unused and in original condition with all packaging, sprues, inserts, and accessories.
- Sealed product (e.g., TCG boxes, card packs) must remain factory sealed.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
- Opened TCG products (boxes, packs, decks) or any product with broken seals.
- Single cards and collectibles.
- Digital items, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale/Clearance.
- Pre-Orders and special request orders
Exchanges
- Need a different item? We’re happy to help. The fastest method is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original according to the policy above
- If you prefer a direct exchange, we can arrange it once the original item is received and inspected.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- If something arrives damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- We’ll make it right with a replacement, part replacement, or refund.
Who Pays Return Shipping?

Our error or carrier damage: We cover it.
- Change of mind: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs aren’t refundable.
Refund Timing
- Once your return is received and checked in, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit after we process it.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at [your-email-here] with your order # and reason for return (photos if damaged/incorrect).
- We’ll reply with an RMA and return instructions.
- Pack items securely (original packaging preferred) and ship by a trackable method.
