At Mancave Hobbies, we get it — waiting on hobby mail is tough. Whether it’s your next Warhammer kit, a set of sleeves, or that card to finish your deck, you want it safe, and in your hands fast. Here’s how we handle shipping so you can spend less time worrying and more time building, painting, and playing.

Processing Times

  • Most orders leave our hands within 1–2 business days.
  • Big release weekends (you know the ones) might slow us down a hair, but we’ll always push to keep things moving quickly.
  • Once your order’s out the door, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow along — like refreshing spoilers before a set drop.

Shipping Methods

  • We don’t lock into just one carrier — we look around for the best rates and reliable service.
  • In Canada, that usually means Canada Post or Dragonfly.
  • For U.S. and international hobbyists, depending on product and destiniation our shipping partners may USPS, UPS or Canada Post
  • Every package includes tracking.

Typical Delivery Times

  • Canada: 2–8 business days
  • U.S.: 4–12 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

These are ballpark estimates — sometimes faster, sometimes slower, depending on postal gods and customs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • U.S. orders: No nasty surprises — we pre-pay customs duties and import fees so they’re baked right into your shipping cost.
  • International (outside the U.S.): Local customs or VAT may apply depending on your country’s rules.

Packaging

  • We ship with collectors in mind. Models, cards, and kits go out hobby-safe, snug, and secure.
  • To keep things fair and consistent, we don’t take special packing requests — but rest assured, your stuff’s protected for the trip.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, including P.O. Boxes. If you’ve got an address, we’ll find a way to get your order there. Certain products are manfacturer restricted and can only be shipped within Canada
